Write to the yard
Send a drawing set, a soil report or a short description of the project. If the paperwork is incomplete, send what exists and we will tell you what is missing. Visits to the sample yard in Spanish Fork are by appointment, and walkovers are arranged once the documents have been logged under a plot number.
For urgent bid questions, a telephone call is faster than a message. For everything else, email reaches the same desk and leaves a written record of the request.

Three questions we hear often
Send the current drawing set, any soil or geotechnical report, the addenda issued so far, and the date the bid or decision is due. If you only have a site plan and a photograph, send those. We will reply with the short list of documents needed before a takeoff can be measured properly.
Soil review, takeoffs and estimate preparation are usually handled from the office once the documents arrive. A walkover is recommended where access, slope, utilities or existing structures could change the quantities. Walkovers are booked in advance and are limited by travel distance from Spanish Fork.
A soil report review is normally returned within a few working days. A full takeoff and estimate depends on the size of the drawing set and on how many gaps need answers; most residential projects are completed within one to two weeks. Rush dates are discussed before the work is accepted, never after.
